Pacific Developmental Abilities LLC has its administrative office in Mesa while offering community-based home services in the following areas: Attendant Care, Habilitation hourly & daily services, Respite Care hourly & daily (HCBS), and Habilitation-Group Homes, Room & Board, All Group Homes.
We offer exceptional high-quality care dedicated to community of people with developmental disabilities by a trained and certified professional staff. By providing a caring, loving, and safe environment, we ensure our consumers will live at the highest functional level of their lives to meet their physical, social, and emotional needs.
All the consumers serviced by our agency are approved and referred to us by the Arizona Department of Economic Security and the Division of Developmental Disability in which this agency is contracted and licensed. Pacific Developmental Abilities LLC is a registered member of Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS).
Pacific Developmental Abilities LLC is in full compliance with all policies, regulations, and requirements of the Arizona State Department of Economic Security and the Division of Developmental Disability as well as the Arizona Department of Health and Humans Services.

Patrick Uhegwu is a well-trained professional with 15 years’ service in the Criminal Court Division of Superior Court in Maricopa County, Phoenix, Arizona. Having been personally affected by having a beloved family member with special needs, the passion and awareness encouraged him to work for agencies with Developmental Disability Care such as Community Care Solutions before becoming the Director of Pacific Developmental Abilities LLC.

Yvonne Uhegwu is a dedicated Registered Nurse with a combined 22 years of nursing care experience with people with disabilities and in geriatrics health care. She has 16 years of experience caring for patients in the medical/surgical oncology and trauma unit with Chandler Regional Hospital in Chandler, Arizona. She has worked in various health facilities and is known to be a compassionate and caring nurse.

Gloria Uhegwu has her educational focus in Political Science and Global Studies. She is a dedicated professional who organizes office projects as needed and initiated by Pacific Developmental Abilities’ Director. She is in charge of facilitating communications among the companies team and provides strategic information to its Directors.
